Budget rental was really impressive! First, at pick-up: They initially didn't have the Tahoe model we booked, so they provided another SUV of the same class. When we saw a Tahoe in the garage, we asked the staff and they patiently helped us switch to the preferred model. During the rental period: Unfortunately, our car window was broken in San Francisco (no items were lost). We immediately contacted Budget customer service, and within 10 minutes they helped us with the registration and guided us on how to switch cars. That evening, we went to San Francisco airport and exchanged for another Tahoe. The process was quick and convenient. Since the insurance covered everything, there were no extra costs.

The service was excellent. They upgraded me to an Outback for free because the car I booked was unavailable. Initially, they asked if I wanted to pay for an upgrade, but after I declined, they reluctantly did it for free, haha. Luckily, they didn't try to sell me insurance since they saw I was using QEEQ, which already included insurance.

Big company, the vehicle was in great condition, over 20,000 miles, and no issues throughout the journey.
