Overall is good,but the car abit old.As we are using for long journeys,curtain is important!

My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

Quite convenient, although there's an airport shuttle service outside.

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

Only problem we found, guy came to pick us up from Airport can’t speak English properly, really hard to understand...

We couldn't understand the person who told us where to go & then couldn't understand her when she was picking us up...it wasn't clear that she was a shuttle & not dropping off our van. When we arrived at the rental car location, we had to wait 15-20 min for our car to be ready & then it turned out to be a huge box van (people mover) that looked like it had been in a more than a few accidents! I don't want to drive a wrecked car when we rent a car. I want something in good condition both inside & outside.
