It's okay, picking up the car is relatively convenient

Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

The condition of the car is generally good. However things like dented car number plate, rim should be fixed before giving to new customer.

It’s a shame that price drop protector was not activated despite that I’ve only set the low margin %

Dislike: More information in initial booking regarding pickup location and also insurance add-ons would be good.
