The booking included an additional driver. However, the staff at the store said it would cost $15. After contacting the rental platform and preparing to pay upfront, I went back to the counter and dealt with a different staff member, who processed it directly. It should have been included from the beginning. I don’t know if the previous staff member was rushing to finish work and claimed it was not included. Very disappointing.

When I went to complete the paperwork, I had to wait in line for almost an hour. Despite having paid in full, they came up with various reasons to change the car and charged me an additional 899 USD for highway fees, upgrades, and other miscellaneous fees.

Very economical, and the rental company is quite reliable.

At Houston Airport, we took a shuttle to the car rental center to pick up the car. The hall was spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The counter stuff always offer more things to contract. Becames more expensive.
