Very satisfied. I'd like to emphasize that I had two flat tires on the Great Ocean Road. We were a group of five, including adults and children. Although I had full insurance, the local service only towed the car but didn't transport people. It was already past 6 PM and getting dark, so we were very anxious. Fortunately, the rental company sent someone with spare tires to rescue us after more than three hours. We are really grateful to them.

Although Aucar Rental is not located at the airport, their shuttle service is excellent and prompt. We didn't have to wait long at all.

Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.

Exceed my expectation.
