Chinese rental company, easy communication.

My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

Very easy to use.

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

Good service but could be improved if a little explanation was given especially to first time visitors to Melbourne,like me. A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal. There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.

Booking system was good and efficient.
