私の英語力が無いせいだと思いますが、何を言っているのか聞き取りにくく、何回か聞き直したら、あからさまにもういいやって態度になりました。他のお客さんはいませんでした。もう少し丁寧に接してくれても良いのではないかと思いました。 わからない間にロードサービスを追加されてました。 受付はかなり不親切な印象しか有りませんでした。

何も困りませんでした。 TPLをどうやってつけるのか最初わかりませんでした。最初から検索条件に入れれば良いと気がつくのに時間がかかりました。

The staff's attitude was quite indifferent, the waiting time in line was long, and the on-site office was small and crowded, making it tiring to stand and wait. After picking up the car, I had some questions but no one responded when I returned to ask, and I was told to queue up again.

Car exterior was not washed, I agreed to take it that way rather than wait. We went to car wash after pick up @ our expense.

Like: Quick and efficient rental. Car met our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
