Excellent service

The pickup location is very close, right across the street from the arrival hall, making it very convenient. The paperwork process is quick, but you need to find the car yourself in a large parking area. The car had over 20,000 miles on it, the condition was okay, but the model was relatively basic.

The car rental company's staff were very nice.

When I went to pick up the car, they didn't give me a convertible due to the rain and charged an extra $40 per day. Later, I checked the order and realized they were supposed to be the same model. The rental company and the store were scamming together. Not reliable, will use Hertz next time.

Our order included an additional driver, but the staff told us their system did not show it and that we had to pay extra. They said they checked multiple times and confirmed it was not there, so we ended up paying an additional 300 RMB. Moreover, the counter staff kept insisting that our car was insufficient and pushed us to upgrade to a better model, which we adamantly refused. In reality, the car we rented was completely adequate. We are very dissatisfied with the counter staff, as they had no intention of solving the problem. We will never rent from Budget again; their service is as cheap as their name suggests!
