EasyRentCars was great. Fox rent a car tried to scam me!

The wait at the counter was over an hour. Many people were frustrated at the length we had to wait to get our car.

They refused to give us the rental car we had chosen and then were very aggressive when we insisted that they give us the midsize SUV we rented instead of a compact car. Horrible service at the counter despite telling them that I needed to get on the road to rush to a family medical emergency. I will never rent with them again.

Requested a Camry, however none were available. Was given a kia sportage with lots of body damage (dings, scrapes, and scuffs), the low tire pressure light was on the entire time and we had to add air, and the gas mileage was lower than what a camry would have been. Even though we had a voucher from online rental, the cost doubled when we picked up rental. Will not use Fox services again.

Car was filthy. Inside was ok. Outside looked like someone went mud running in it and hadn't washed it for months. Counter rep was very nice. Had to wait a while in line. Must have been a peak time.

Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.
