It was cheap and you get what you pay for

Tuvimos que gastar más porque la camioneta no era 4X4 y nos dieron una Jeep que era 2021 pero no estaba en buenas condiciones, temblaba cuando la sacamos a carretera.

There were only 2 people working the counter when I arrived. I waited in line for 15 min before it was my turn even though I was first in line. It took another 20 min for the person to try to upsell me to a larger vehicle, 4-wheel drive, GPS, insurance, etc. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for my car to be ready. It apparently was the only mid-size car they have and instead of just upgrading me for free, I had to wait 30 min for them to wash, vacuum, and fill up the only Camry in their fleet. And they weren't exactly in a hurry.

Booking was easy. Not sure why the pricing changes so drastically from day to day but the price I paid was very good. There was no price drop this time after I made my reservation.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

No issues

Counter staff was absolutely dreadful, I got charged $23 and change from the deposit for...I have no idea what, I didn't want to stand in line for an hour to find out...would not use Fox again. Also, you have to pay for your spouse to drive, so Fox is not as inexpensive as you initially think.
