It was cheap and you get what you pay for

The wait at the counter was over an hour. Many people were frustrated at the length we had to wait to get our car.

The Fox had confusing signs directing you to return the car in the wrong location. Once it was determined where to return the car, there was no employees directing you on where rot park or leave the car. We had to wait for an employee to give direct us and complete the transaction.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received

The agent tried to get me to pay more for a car I didn't need.
