When I exchanged the car, the staff noticed I had insurance, making the return process smooth. Therefore, having insurance is quite necessary. Additionally, if you're not far from the airport, they can arrange a driver to drop you off at your destination for free!

The staff at the service counter were very nice and explained the differences between vehicle categories in detail.
