As we were about to leave the airport in the rental car, the inspector found that our selected car was still under maintenance because its license plate had expired. They immediately brought another car for us. In the process of changing cars, we carelessly left our phone in the original car. The staff quickly called the person who had taken the original car and had it returned, so we got our phone back. Overall, the car rental process was very smooth, and the staff had excellent attitudes.

This is a large company with a lot of business.
