Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.

Best car rental experience I ever had in Orlando. The staff is very helpful and to the point. Billing is honest.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

Shuttle didnt arrive at airport, they would not answer phone, they would not reimburse for taxi fare, several hidden fees, unpleasant service and staff. Will never use Routes again.

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

Like: Marlene was very informative and God is in our vehicle rather quickly
Dislike: The only drawback was that it was not at the airport
