It was raining heavily on the day we went, so there was no queue and picking up the car was quick. However, the sales pitch was quite frequent—they recommended upgrading to an SUV and offered various types of insurance like lost keys and traffic ticket coverage, which seemed odd. I booked a Mazda 3 or a similar class, but ended up with a Kia Forte. The car's condition was decent and had no issues.

Although the originally reserved model was unavailable, they provided us with a GMC instead, and the overall experience was excellent.
