The service attitude was good, but the staff did try to upsell insurance. Additionally, the place to complete the paperwork was different from the car pickup point. The staff repeatedly reminded me to return the car with a full tank, but the car I received was not fully fueled. Later, the rental company refused to refund the extra fuel I had added, but it was the rental platform that compensated me. I recommend everyone to take clear photos and ensure the fuel levels match at both pickup and return—don't blindly trust this rental company's full tank return policy.

Everything else was fine, but if you're not used to driving a manual car, don't try to save money by renting one.

Very satisfied. I directly found the rental point by following the instructions. After completing the handover, they gave me a Jeep. The only minor downside was the lack of reverse electronic navigation, which tested my parking skills.

We booked a Toyota Auris but got an Opel Turbo instead. The car was in great condition and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. 10 out of 10!

La signalétique ne fait pas très professionnelle (documents plastifiés et collés au mur et notice explicative très brouillon, pas digne d'une enseigne de loueur international).
