The car was good and as expected.

The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

Counter staff were shocking communicators

Good vale & a female staff was picked phone and she is a very patient to answer my questions, and helped us to fine the right petrol number to fill the car that we rented. Thanks to her.

Only one things I need to ensure that i am waiting 500 AU$ to return $500 deposit for car rental to me as soon as possible. Thanks

We had the best experience with Europcar at Melbourne Airport! The lady behind the counter was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked out into the car park area and discovered that she had upgraded us! The car was practically brand new, having only done 3000kms! When returning the vehicle, again, customer service was excellent and it was totally hassle free. We could not speak more highly about our experience with Europcar and will definitely be recommending Europcar to everyone!
