Scam company! Twice, they blamed existing scratches on me and charged me over 6000 RMB conveniently matching the insurance deductible. Even with clear videos showing the scratches were already there, they ignored it. Don't be tempted by cheap prices; rent from Budget or Avis. I'll fight them to the end and sue them. This hassle has already wasted half a month of my time! It's outrageous! The local staff wouldn't answer calls or emails, and although they're only supposed to hold a few hundred dollars, they have the power to overcharge your card!

Overall fine, no upselling, but no one was there after getting the car.

Car was upgraded for free & exceeded expectations. Easy to find rental counter and pick up was easy and straight forward with friendly staff. Drop off could have been better, had a query relating to charges but staff at drop off unable to assist, possibly due to it being a Sunday.

Good booking platform, but did get confused into agreeing to a subscription model and membership with second booking, but decided to stay to see what savings could be achieved even with paying for membership. However have been very pleased with customer service as due to a flight cancellation car pick up was later than arranged on a Saturday & rental company needed to be liaised with which QEEQ did very well.

There is no audi a3 available, so they put me through on a Toyota rav4, which is good enough. I do suggest them to use studded tyres in Tromso area in winter time, the roads are very slippery.
