Overall satisfied, but the reserved model was not provided. The range capability is not as good as Volkswagen. A deposit was collected, but it hasn't been refunded even after several working days.

Picking up the car was convenient without long waiting times. The process was simple with no additional charges. After signing the agreement and getting the car keys, I could pick up the car myself. Returning the car didn't involve lengthy inspections, and the vehicle was in very good condition.

The service was quite good. Avis and Budget share the same counter, and the queue was shorter compared to Sixt and Hertz. There were no extra upsells for additional insurance. I booked a Toyota Yaris but received a Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid with all-wheel drive. An Autopass was included, which worked for highways and ferries in Norway. At the end, highway fees were deducted from the card. When returning the car, gasoline cars need a full tank, and electric cars require at least 70% charge. Our RAV4 hybrid had no charge when we picked it up, so we just drove it as a gasoline car.

Picking up the car was incredibly easy. With just the rental slip and driver's license, we got the car. The car was in great condition, with only about 10,000 kilometers.

Avis did not inspect the car condition before pass to me. The engine oil level is low. the car keep warning me while I driving. I call the help center and they told me since I am returning the car in another 1 days, so ask me to continue driving until return the car.
