Car was at tip top condition. No problems at all through out the 11 days.

There were fewer people in line, and no insurance upselling. Really great.

Pros: The pickup and drop-off locations are very convenient. The staff is also very friendly, and the vehicle's condition is quite good. Cons: There's no clear information about self-service return, no clear return instructions, and no one to inspect the car with you (relying entirely on mutual trust). No one explains how to use the vehicle. The parking lot even lacks staff to consult about driving the vehicle. But I had the same experience with Avis before. Maybe it's assumed that passengers renting the car are already familiar with it. Overall, it's still quite easy and hassle-free. If you're particular about what I've described, I recommend asking the counter staff for all the necessary information when handling the procedures.

The service was good, the staff was polite and patiently explained everything.

The queue time at the airport counter was too long when picking up the car. They tried to upsell a rescue service (we had already purchased full insurance at the time of booking and were unsure if it included rescue). Then we used self-service to pick up the car. Returning the car was at the T3 terminal in Perth. We drove around a bit before finding it. The staff was very good. Because we bought the rescue service, we needed to pay in cash, so they personally drove us to the airport counter. The service from the young man was excellent.

Car was not as ordered, they said they do not have that model any more. Staff "Stephanie' at hertz pick up location very rude and unhelpful as we tried to ge a car that looked half decent. Booking platform good, but not up to date as vechicle order is not available any more.
