They need DVLA share code, may be it can be specified on the web to reduce time of car pick-up

Car was big enough for our needs but not a smooth ride. Liked having an inbuilt sat nav. Clunky gearbox certainly would not buy one

Everything was spot on but not the car I ordered. The replacement was ample but still, I see no point in you offering specific car models and then they aren't available. You should offer a class of car instead.

After a long haul overnight flight I was horrified to find almost 20 people in front of me waiting to collect a car. The process took almost 1.5 hours. The staff were polite but there were just 3 people working and a wait of this length was extremely frustrating and totally unacceptable. Poor show and very unprofessional for an international company.

Very pleasant and trouble-free experience. Very good value for money.
