Chinese rental company, easy communication.

I forgot my driver's license, which was extremely embarrassing. Fortunately, aucar was understanding and rented us the car; otherwise, we would have been stranded.

The staff were lovely at Aucar, they were super helpful and polite. I pre arranged for a certain type of car to fit everything in. Both vehicles requested were there all ready for us. We did have a sheriff question us about some outstanding warrants on the vehicle but nothing came of it, and the car wasn’t seized thankfully. Both cars tyres hardly had any tread on them and one tyre constantly lost air. We filled it each day.

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

Like: I was very happy with the service that Aucar Rentals provides. A smooth operation. Very clean cars.
Dislike: The car needed filling up but in a way this worked out for me because I went with the agent to fill it up and knew where to go on the way back. Also she showed me the road that I needed to take.
