When I picked up the car from Europcar, there was no one to inspect the car with me, and the counter didn’t mention this. As a result, when I returned after driving for an hour to replace the car, they found new damage, but I had no evidence. This is a lesson learned; I will ensure to inspect the car first in the future.

Additionally, the order didn't have local language documents, making communication difficult. Moreover, there was an extra insurance fee for returning the car in a different location, which was unexplained. Due to time constraints, we had no choice but to accept.
