They gave me a free upgrade. Happy with the service. Would be better if they were more closer to the airport.

Great price options and service. The only comment is on insurance. I was told at budget that in case of accident, I will be billed for 1500 pounds and the claim will have to be processed seperately by qeeq. They recommended to buy the insurance directly from them.

The lady at the counter in Birmingham Airport wasn't friendly at all, tried to upsell but I had to deny. so she even got more upset. however, I am used to in it as I rent 200 days of a year from different location in the UK and Ireland. hence I am very much aware of their cons and pros.

they are pretty friendly and helpful. only problem is that I still haven't received my Deposit back yet, after 3 days I have inquired about it, they said it could take 30 to 60 days! seems like they are investing my money elsewhere to cash in some more revenue! its a disaster. if that really takes that long Easyrentcars would be out of option on my next rental.

the van exceeded my expectations, the staff who gave me van were excellent, the night before I handed vehicle back someone damaged the van outside my house, the damage charge was £366 which for a 2 inch scuff was excessive, and even though I had just filled the vehicle with fuel the man gave me a fuel charge which he did not tell me about which was just plain sneaky.

Car stated on rental agreement was different from the car presented to us. Presented car's boot space was smaller than the car in the rental agreement.

Everything went very well and I will return to book.
