The company is a big name with no hidden tricks, though the staff kept promoting insurance when picking up the car at the airport. Also, this is my second time renting from Avis in Australia. It seems their online vehicle options are limited, but you usually get a slight upgrade when picking up the car.

Very good, the staff was friendly and patient. Both pickup and return were very convenient. Just need to get used to the habit of driving on the right side.

Everything was fine except I forgot my phone holder in the car when I returned it, and it was gone when I went back to look for it.
