Great, only charged a $100 deposit, and it was refunded within minutes after returning the car.

The rental company service was fine, but they didn't provide the car I reserved and just gave me a different one.

Both T1 and T2 can be used for picking up and returning cars. For returns at T1, it's at the parking lot P7 directly across the street—make sure to watch for the signs as they're quite small and easy to miss. For pickups at T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to a parking lot. Just wait at the exit near the rental counter for the bus to arrive.

Renting the car was very convenient, and communication with customer service was fairly smooth.
