Completely dissatisfied!! It was mentioned that there would be Chinese customer service, but I could never get through on the phone. We had a language barrier. When we returned the car after it got damaged, we were charged an additional 600 MYR on our credit card without any notification, even though the damage assessment was done on-site and we agreed to it. Two hours after we left, they charged us again claiming the initial amount wasn't enough for repairs. They should have informed us. We had already checked repair costs locally, and the initial assessed amount was sufficient. It's been a month, and this issue is still unresolved. While it was our fault the car got damaged, they should communicate any additional charges. It's irresponsible! I advise everyone against renting from this company. The process is super slow, the office is hard to find, and there's a significant language barrier. Their English isn’t even proper English.

The car pickup was fairly smooth, the counter was easy to find, and they took us to the car for inspection. Returning the car was extremely troublesome; we couldn't find the parking lot at all. We circled the airport several times and, in the end, couldn't figure it out. We gave a policeman 50 MYR to lead us back. We had less than two hours left to catch our flight.

Overall, it's okay. However, when picking up the car, they said I still had some unpaid balance, even though I had prepaid in full. In the end, they let me take the car and said to call them if there were any issues.

I specified an English translation document when booking. It wasn't indicated that the Zuzuche-provided translation document couldn't be used. Now I can't pick up the car. Called customer service at 4 AM, and they offered no help, saying it's my responsibility. They said they'll only list supported documents. Rented several times, first time encountering such an issue. Stuck at the airport in the middle of the night with no car. Absolutely shameless.
