Horrible customer service. Will never rent from again

1st vehicle had a malfunction error on dashboard. Waiting over 30 minutes to be served. Charged for gas that I shouldnt have been. Never received a closeout email or notified I will be charged; error was on the location as my car was switched and vehicle I drove off on had a quarter tank and I returned with more than half.

As always a great service, Allison was great accommodating my family in a good vehicle. Joe always with a big smile and ready to help us and to get us going fast.

staff didnt provide similar cars even though it was mentioned in portal while booking and asked for extra charges. Had to wait for 30 minutes while picking up car and people were shouting at the time of pick up car . Car was dirty inside and out . there was a TPMS error in the car which made me freak out through out the trip .

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life.

Car was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, scrapped up, Poor maintenance, 2 tires needed 5-10lbs air each day. Counter staff unorganized, car turn around took almost 1 hr, and waited at airport for 1 hr to be picked up. Seats and interior so dirty we cleaned in ourselves and purchased blankets to sit on. Tank was near zero.
