Overall, it's okay. We booked a Ford Fiesta but got a Suzuki Baleno instead. When driving on the highway at speeds above 120 km/h, the car started to feel unstable, and there were warning alerts from the vehicle itself. The full insurance cost was around 230 per day, which doesn't seem very cost-effective.

I feel like there are not enough staff at the rental company, and the pickup location has fewer people compared to the shop next door. The rental fee and deposit are charged separately, with a deposit of 3000 dirhams, which I think is too much. Refunds take 21 days. I compared it with another company, which only charged a total of 1000 dirhams for both the rental fee and deposit.

I prepared in advance by doing research, brought my own phone holder, carefully studied the traffic rules, purchased full insurance, installed WAZE, drove safely without speeding. Parking in Abu Dhabi and Dubai was convenient and free of charge. Aside from the price increase during the National Day holiday, the self-driving experience was absolutely perfect.

The car rental service was satisfactory.
