The customer service of the rental car company could not provide the correct drop-off location as per my request. They just kept repeating the complicated drop-off instructions! The overall service level of the staff needs improvement!

The car had only 5000km, it was very new. Pickup and dropoff were both at the airport, which was very convenient. The staff also recommended nearby supermarkets that open after 6pm. The service was excellent.

The day I went, their computer was down. I booked a zero-deductible insurance through QEEQ, but they didn't register it! Overall, this issue took quite a while to resolve. QEEQ's service was excellent!
