In my order appears Alfa Romeo Stelvio (or similar) and this means SUV type car. The claim of goldcar was they don’t recognize this order like SUV and in their company it counts like F group so we received Fiat Tipo SW with no option to change so this is not SUV and of course not similar to Alfa Romeo Stelvio class.

Did not explained how to pay tolls in Portugal.

Very slow as they spent considerable time with each customer selling additional insurance . They were relentless about the upsell of insurance..leaving me insecure about what coverage I actually had after purchasing the premium coverage through the booking.

I would have to have been advised that it was a pick up counter and not in the terminal.

Overall a great experience - very quick at the desk, no hard sell to upgrade anything, simple return, no issues. Car was a bit tired (70,000km), but for the price paid I was more than happy.

Great experience from start to finish - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
