Very very easy to rent a car. Thank You

Had to wait a bit as there was another customer ahead of us in the queue when we were picking up the car but the staff were very courteous and tried hard to speed things up once it was our turn. The car was pretty new with around 5,000km on the clock so that was a nice surprise as we are used to getting older high mileage cars when we have opted for the fully insured package. Returning the car was a bit confusing but that was more the setup of the Koh Samui airport rather than National itself. Many thanks! P/S: the 10,000 Baht deposit taken on your credit card at the point of pick-up will take 2 weeks to be refunded so be aware that is the case!

Good experience with Easyrentcars.com. Did not really see the results from the price tracker but will try it next time.

The car was dreadfully underpowered. Automatic that could barely manage some of the hills in Phuket. This is the second time I`ve had this experience and it makes me wonder if it is intentional! There were only two of us but had we had a car full we would have been pushing it up some hills! It was a new car too!

Like: CAR condition was very good. They mentioned clear condition and rules. Good experience with National.
Dislike: They did not pickup the call when I reached so I took help from airport information counter otherwise everything was good and fair.
