There were few reception staff, and additional charges were not disclosed beforehand. At Dollar, we requested a toll pass box but were charged $115 without prior notice. The first car they gave us had a hole in the front windshield, which was also not mentioned in advance. We had to drive back to the airport to exchange it, and they gave us a nice-looking blue car. However, possibly due to this, the rearview mirror cover was stolen. We reported it to the police, and it took an entire morning to sort it out. Fortunately, we had already purchased insurance.

Lamentable! Contraté un mistery car para ver como me podían sorprender como cliente y descubrí que es solo una manera de engañar a los clientes y hacerlos pagar más. En el mostrador te dicen que solo son electricos y te hacen pagar mas por uno a gasolina y además de tamaño mas grande. Me cargó todo en la tarjeta que en teoria era de garantía sin decirme los costos. Nunca más!

Se prestan a esta maniobra de Dollar, no quede conforme.

El primer vehículo nos dejó varados en Carolina del Norte por batería dañada, perdimos un día de nuestras vacaciones por tener que ir a virginia a cambiar el vehículo.en virginia nos cambiaron el vehículo y este también tenía problemas en los frenos. Tuvimos que ir a Syracusa para recibir el vehículo. Más tiempo perdido de mis vacaciones.

The car was good but it has a couple of problems like it's was telling they have problem with the collision sensor, the it doesn't detect the car keys, but it was in good condition

I like the process of booking, it was a good experience

- lots of charges added at the time of pickup. Was probably in the small print at the time of booking, but should be more clear. - car group advertised was a Jeep Cherokee - ended up with something (although in the size category) couldn't be included in the same category if car prestige was part of the criteria

- additional charges should be more clear during the booking process. I would much prefer to know all of the potential additional charges upfront at the time of booking
