I booked the car with a full tank return policy, but they tricked me into returning it empty. They charged me for 13 gallons of fuel for a 10-gallon tank, claiming the charge was based on the average for that type of vehicle, not the actual model.

Disappointment at Orlando international airport customer service. I had an account with Navy Federal Credit Union master card and I had . Retired fro US Army. My bank account with Credit Card was $12000 with zero amount own to NDCU. Dollar car rental said cant process the credit card. Called NFCU what's up what's up with the Master Card....Results was not the CREDIT CARD but the network system at the airport. After 25 ho25 hours of traveling it was very stressful. Overall, great service after all from DOLLAR car rental.

Dislike: I paid more than what was written on the website they said it is airport taxes although the price was tax included with no specifications and they said it is the role there actually i felt very bad
