Very satisfied with the entire process from picking up the car, using it, to returning it.

Picked up a new car but had to change it later. There were some hiccups, but it ended well.

There was a last-minute car change. The counter said that the reserved car was unavailable and offered an upgrade. After agreeing, went to the parking lot and found no car in the designated space. Asked a staff member and was told there were no cars left. They switched to another car and said it was the only one available, no other options. Very frustrating.
