Our 12-day car rental trip on New Zealand's South Island during the Spring Festival was truly unforgettable. The rental company provided a vehicle in excellent condition. From the moment we picked up the car, it was clear that it had been well-maintained. The exterior was clean with no visible scratches, and the interior was spacious, hygienic, and completely odor-free. The seats were comfortable, adding extra enjoyment to the long journey. During the drive, the vehicle performed exceptionally with responsive handling, precise steering, and quick braking. Whether on city roads or rugged mountain paths, it handled effortlessly. The powerful engine ensured a smooth trip throughout. Additionally, the staff provided attentive service, patiently answering all our questions. Overall good. The Toyota Prado runs on diesel and there's an additional charge of 6 cents per kilometer. Also, returning the car half an hour late cost me 88 dollars.

Very convenient. Once you collect your luggage, you can see the counter. Just give your name to the reception, and after completing the formalities, you'll get the car keys.

Excellent customer service on pick up at Rotorua and return at Auckland Airport.

Dislike: I've booked through easy rents with full insurance and thrifty didn't recognize it so we had to pay the bond to not pay the thrifty insurance! Unbelieveble! It was 250$ that we could have used in the trip and also almost the price of the whole rent with insurance. Now I need to wait 2 weeks or more to have my money back which I was planing to use now and I don't have it...
