The whole process was easy and straightforward, however, they did offer me the upgraded Super Collision Damage Waiver which meant I had no responsibility for any damage to the car and no excess, but then I still had to pay £225 deposit which I didn't understand. I'm still waiting for this amount to be returned.

Very good, except the only email I got was titled 'confirmation of you booking cancellation' fortunately EuropCar had all the details.

It’s a very bad and terrible experience with europcar, we have to wait almost 2 hrs for pick up car, the car also dirty, old with a poor maintenance, low tires pressure that make us doubt in your service quality and security.

Dislike: The condition of the vehicle was excellent. Very clean and low mileage. However, the waiting time for pick up was far too long. It was around 12 midnight and there were only 1 other customer in front of me. However we have waited more than 20 mins for the vehicle to arrive. Including the documentation process, the overall pick up time is up to 30 mins.
