Bad service , mandatory downgrade, safety issues

Service at counter was slow and not polite. I got a vehicle much smaller than I ordered. Then had to sign form that there are no scratches on the vehicle I never saw. Sever safety malfunction of front wheels swerving right. And to finish return is only at terminal 2 Frankfurt while no paperwork says it so.

The car rental company was easy to find. It was my first time renting with Wheego, and I had to fill out forms and verify my driving license. The staff was very patient, even giving me a map to guide me to pick up the car because of my limited English. When returning the car, the staff inside were also very friendly. You only need to hand over the keys to them. I received an email the next day. Now I'm just waiting for confirmation regarding the deposit, which might take a few days.

We had to wait three hours to get the car. The reserved Volkswagen Multivan was unavailable, but they upgraded us to a Mercedes Vito for free, and included three complimentary services: half a tank of fuel, no charge for a second driver, and no extra cost for driving outside of Germany. The Italian guy at the front desk was really patient and helpful. Kudos to him! I'll look for you next time! :)
