Good service quality.

I arrived early, 2.5 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. With my limited English, I managed to complete the rental process with the help of an African American guy at the counter. Since I was early, the reserved car wasn't back yet. They switched me to a car of the same class. The picture showed a Nissan, but I couldn't find a Nissan in the lot. When I asked the staff, he casually pointed to the area and said I could pick any car I liked. How generous! When returning the car, I drove to the designated spot where a white guy scanned the rental code, checked the gas and mileage, printed a receipt from his device, and everything was done in just 3 minutes. Quick and easy.

Even though I paid in full on QEEQ, I still had to input a lot of information at the self-service machine when picking up the car. Not sure why.

Great service, fairly new car, and they even drove us back to the hotel. The car return process was quick and efficient.

A different car to what we originally ordered but felt like an upgrade! Very helpful at the counter however we received wrong information about the GPS. We were led to believe most of the cars didn't have built in GPS but when we got out there, they all did! Perhaps have the staff know everything about the cars.

Very helpful before booking. Helped me make my decision to book with Easyrentcars. Perhaps be more clear about built in GPS.
