It was very easy to find the car rental and return location. Just follow the metro loop line to the blue rental car company at San Francisco airport, and return the car by following the navigation. Driving along Highway 1 was incredibly beautiful.

Although the queue time was long, the service was excellent. When I lost the key, the staff stayed with me the whole time, providing assistance and transportation. They had someone tow the car back, but I later found the key, so they didn't charge a towing fee. The next day, they refunded my deposit in full. Budget's service in San Francisco is much better than in Los Angeles.

Long wait during pickup, in spite of the fact that I was covered by recommended full insurance including road side assistance during online reservation, I was insisted to take additional road side assistance during the pick up causing an additional expense of US$44 per week.
