Good service and quick rental process.

Car was a bit tired and hadn’t been cleaned or valeted. However was adequate for our trip and was an upgrade on what was ordered. Desk was helpful and quick once the queue had gone down. Great drop off, parked in one of several lanes, took luggage and handed over keys.

Offered a good price, cheaper than going direct, was nervous about using them as hadn’t done so before but seems to have worked well. Didn’t bother with the price tracker feature.

Agent was very helpful and offered us an upgrade at very good price.

Waited a bit in line while another customer got their problem resolved, after about twenty minutes they brought out another rep to open a second line. The car dashboard was dirty, grimy, while for the most part the car was clean, the front grill was totally riddled with bugs so it was obvious it wasn't washed well. The overdue service light was on and stayed on. While it was oil change light, its unnerving to be in an unfamiliar, new car and have a glaring service light stay on. No one came to do a walkaround on the car with me, it was "here is your paperwork, the car is in slot xyz, have a nice day." There would be no recourse if there was damage that was attributed to me, that i was not responsible for.
