It was a fine experience

We had an excellent service at the Car rental/ pick up in Denver. Sandy the lady who helped us initially was very efficient and professional and she waited to have her break to help us with our booking.

Very pleased with the service and the car that we were provided was excellent.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

I found a car last minute with Fox through Easyrentcars.com that was half the price of the other options. THE GOOD: -Price was right. -Staff were easy to work with and friendly. -They didn't have the car I had reserved, but they gave me an upgrade. THE NOT SO GOOD: -My car smelled strongly of smoke. If I was in a smoking car, I would have liked to have known that before. -The check-in process could have been clearer. I waited 10 min behind people getting cars, before someone announced all I needed was to drop the keys with the front desk. It would be nice to have a car dropoff agent.

Found a last minute rental for half of what any other deal site or rental company offered! Easy booking. I will use again!

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com
