It was okay. The store might be too busy, so I couldn't get the model I booked. The car also broke down midway, so I had to change the vehicle. Fortunately, the service was good and didn't cause much delay in my trip.

Good car condition, great service, and easy car pickup.

The service is excellent! When we arrived, all documents were ready, making the car pickup very simple and fast. The vehicle is very new and performs well. When returning the car, we left the keys at the hotel reception next door as agreed, even though it was outside their working hours. The next day, Hertz called to confirm the return details, showing great credibility. The toll bill was sent via email later, very clear with no extra charges. Also, no need for a driver's license notarization.

Instead of the reserved VW Up, a very economical hybrid car Toyota was replaced. Comfortable and pleasant ride!

Hertz charge me the damage on the car which was pre-existing.
