The car was absolutely spotless and the exact model we’d reserved. Counter staff was good, but check-out took a little longer than I felt necessary. Overall however, fantastic experience and we would definitely use Keddy again.

The car was better than expected, but the 'fuel policy' wasn't as booked. I was looking specifically and booked "full to full" - and i had to accept "same to same" with small amount of fuel which as you know-is totally unfair, as at the end client leaves more fuel than he got- or he pays hundred+ Euros for leaving less.. I was told by the stuff that if i don't like it- I can just walk away with no car. How nice.

The car was new with only delivery mileage so couldn't have been better. Staff tried to sell me insurance even though I had already bought some. Not had the deposit back yet so am reviewing on the basis that it comes back ok.

Easy enough to book on line and car was there when it should have been.
