Long wait for car, Bordeaux airport.

I retuned the car with full tank and the company charged my a full deposit!

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

I was concerned upon arrrival and seeing Ace was at the same doubter as goldcar with just a tiny A4 sign as I had read so many poor reviews of glodcar, this meat I left with the hire car with some concerns regards what would happen when I returned it! The guy on the vonnter was very polite and did not push any additional insurances as I had expected, we had no issues with the car and return was smooth. I would just recommend that Ace distance themselves from the negative glodcar reputation if possible.

Easy booking and clear paperwork with simple easy to understand recommendations regards the additional excess waiver insurance provided.

Car was through Rhodium. Long queue to pick up. Ticketing system not adhered to. Heavy up-sell on insurances.

Absolutely terrible. Non trained employees. I was told the car is not insured at all and it took me 45 mn to get the keys.
