Overall good service

The staff at the store and parking lot were very friendly, the process was quick, and there was no pressure to buy insurance. They even provided us with a more spacious Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, top configuration, equipped with adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist. The car's performance was excellent, effortlessly handling the winding country roads of Tuscany.

Very good, picking up and dropping off the car was very smooth, especially convenient at the airport.

There weren't many people renting cars, so I waited for about half an hour.
