Overall it's okay. During the trip, the front windshield got a small chip from a stone on the highway, but it didn't affect the drive. The customer service was not very professional—after explaining the situation, they asked me to report it to the police, but later I was told I could register it online following the instructions on the phone.

Much better than my last car rental experience in Portugal.

Convenient

The rental process was not explained, and no one checked the car upon return. Also, there was a $15 processing fee for tolls. These aspects were unsatisfactory. The car itself was in good condition.

our flight was delayed and tried to call the office to explain the delay but after 6 times and 20 minutes later i decided to stop calling, although they didn’t charged me extra for this delay.
