When picking up the car, I had to wait for three hours as there were no cars available initially, but they eventually provided an upgraded model. The staff was very thorough and advised taking photos of even the minor scratches during the inspection. This is important as the person inspecting the car upon return might be different, and having evidence makes explanations easier. Overall, the car's condition was very good!

1. The rental company downgraded the vehicle and insisted that Lexus and Ford Kuga are of the same class. 2. Charged two deposits of 1800 euros each, which feels like buying the car outright.
