Pick- up was explained perfectly from the airport. Car was there and ready with a full tank

Need to let customers know What time shuttle bus starts service and ending time and we can see if it meets our schedule.

Registration attendant was rude and very pushy. Used fear tactics to intimidate clients to purchase excessive insurance. Did not give us clear directions as to where the car was on the lot. He seemed disgruntled due to the fact that we did not use his upgrades. Not good business. I am a seasoned business traveler and will not use your rental agency again. When we received the car the interior windows were dirty and parking tickets from your last client were still in the window.

Car was ok, process was miserably slow and awful, ruined our evening. If I had needed to be somewhere that night besides the grocery store to get supplies, I would have demanded a refund and screamed until I got one.
