Terrible counter staff.

The whole process was awesome. I was very confused on the quality of the vehicle as there was a back up camera but no automatic locking doors or windows. This is a safety concern as we had to constantly manual unlock and lock everydoor, and if we forgot one door that could have been a safety concern or a potential theft. It was confusing as it seemed above standard for the rear view camera but below standards on manual windows and locks. Everything else was exceptional!!

Customer service was awful and very unfriendly acted very put out. We were also charged 13 dollars a day more because I didn’t have the same credit card with me that was on file and what I had pre payed for. will never rent from y’all again.

Didn’t use

I had no problem doing the rental online. When we got to PBI, we waited close to an hour for our shuttle to come. We later learned that the driver had driven through the airport pick-up area once at least with a vehicle that did not have the company logo on it. The driver was courteous and apologetic. He hadn't even stopped to see if there were any passengers waiting. We had to call easirent twice before we were finally picked up. Also, we had paid for a full-size car and were given a mid-size car instead because there were no full-size cars available. We did reserve one!! The manager did tell us not to refill the gas tank because of this, even though this really didn't remedy the situation. The entire process took about 90 minutes to complete, which was way too long!!!

This was the second time using this rental company and the last. The check out is ridiculous long, no where near the offset of the price. The car wasn't clean. Really bad.

Worst car rental service ever, they run out of economic or medium cars. And don't agree to make upgrades, they make a list of customer with my same situation and make us wait until car returns. After spend more than 3 hours need to go to my hotel with out car and return next day to pick the car.
