It sucked!

Pickup and return were very convenient and quick, the service was excellent.

Overall very satisfied. I was initially worried that the insurance purchased through Piggy Car might face complications, but there were no issues at all.

When picking up the car, the dashboard showed one tire had low pressure. I informed the staff, and they said it should be fine. However, the next day, the tire pressure dropped even further, so I returned to the store to swap the car. Making sure the first car has no issues would be much better.

The attitude was very poor because I didn't buy insurance.

Very helpful staff dropping off the car and picking it up. Only issue I had was that they told us that we weren't fully insured when picking up the car, which I was as I paid the extra fee from the qeeq premium option. In reality they charge a very high extra fee to deal with them directly if anything had to happen and to avoid the 1000 euro deposit on the card. Was a bit disappointed that I got tricked into as they made it seem like I wasn't covered enough but everything else was great.
