I booked a Grand Cherokee, but they gave us a Chevrolet Equinox. It's completely different and not even an AWD vehicle.

They added numerous insurances without any consultation and forced us to buy a full tank of gas after rejecting them, charging us $60 for gas that costs $40 outside. The vehicle model was downgraded from a Grand Cherokee to a regular SUV, which was not four-wheel drive, preventing us from visiting King's Valley. This was the worst car rental company, hands down.
